In addition to being the first 13″ 3×125 this EVO frame was developed and manufactured in the Netherlands, where all top grade speed skating equipment and blades are made.
How to measure an inline skate frame?
The length of frames in inline skates, i.e., the so-called wheelbase, is the distance between the centers of the first and last axle, not the total length measured from two extreme points.
