Thank you for shopping with Zt Sports. We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery. Please read the policy below before ordering.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During busy seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details (if available).
2. Shipping Locations
We ship to multiple regions depending on courier availability. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Local/Regional: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, or high-demand periods.
4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zt Sports is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Policy
6. Return Eligibility
We accept returns when the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance/sale items marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for sizing or incorrect items (subject to stock). If the replacement is unavailable, we may offer: a suitable alternative, store credit, or a refund (if applicable).
9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
11. Return Shipping Cost
- Our mistake (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping where applicable.
- Customer preference (change of mind/size): Customer pays return shipping.
