While long track clap springs generally last a long time, it’s usually a good idea to replace them once a year or more, depending on how much time you spend on the ice.

It is also good to replace both springs at once to keep a even return.

Keep a couple of MapleZ Clap Skate Springs in your skate bag just in case.
